Junior Forms Career Planning Activities

Secondary 3 subject selection counselling activities

Through the"New Senior Secondary Curriculum Introduction",students can learn about the elective subjects in senior forms and help them choose suitable subjects according to their abilities and interests.

The "Elective Course Experience Activity"allows students to choose two elective courses according to their interests, participate in two physical classes, and experience senior form learning in person, so as to help them choose subjects that suit their abilities and interests.

With the focus on "Positive Psychology", through six positive values lessons, students increase positive emotions, establish positive interpersonal relationships and life goals, understand personal character strengths to explore potentials and enhance resilience.

Secondary 5 "The Sims Workshop"

Activities are aimed at planning future career and personal goals. Through interactive methods, students can reflect on their own life and experience the choices made at different stages of life, so as to set goals for themselves and plan their lives.

Secondary 5 and Secondary 6 "Further Studies and Career Expo"

The expo is divided into two parts: "seminars" and "exhibitions". A number of institutions provide the latest information on course content, application methods, career paths and employment prospects. Students can go to different booths to obtain information according to their needs for further education, and consult in real time, so that students can plan their future as soon as possible.

Parents’ Talk

In order to make the parents of secondary and tertiary students understand high school subjects and further studies, our school holds the "Parents' Meeting of Senior Secondary Subjects". This allows parents to have sufficient information to assist their children in choosing subjects.

At the same time, our school also held the "Parents Talk on the DSE High Schools" for Secondary 6 to provide parents of Secondary 6 with a variety of information on the way forward to help their children prepare for the DSE examination and to prepare for the results.
